We’ll Teach Your Staff How to Make Coffees Correctly

Sourcing and installing the right equipment is only half the story. It’s vital that you and/or your staff not only know how your coffee making equipment works but also how to produce and present a quality cup of coffee as this is what will ultimately determine whether your customer returns.

With this in mind Capital offers comprehensive training on all equipment on installation. Additionally we can arrange bespoke training sessions for your staff either on your own premises or at our showroom in Wimbledon. During these sessions we cover the basics of a cleaning and maintenance routine, how to adjust the grinder, making espresso, foaming and texturing milk, latte art and creating speciality drinks.

Although our Barista trainer will not necessarily turn staff into champion Baristas, he will teach best practice and instil in them a confidence and understanding of the product they are serving.
