We’ve just celebrated our 2nd birthday! Caffe Capital, our coffee shop in Claygate, Surrey opened it’s doors in September 2010: it was time to put our money where our mouth was! And it has been a real adventure putting into practice all that we’ve learned from working with our customers over the years. It has certainly given us a valuable insight into the challenges faced by the independent coffee shop owner. We really can talk from first hand experience about the joys and pitfalls of running a coffee shop.
The biggest lesson we’ve learned? People come back for good coffee that’s well made! No prizes for guessing whose coffee we use…
