More than a century since the first espresso machine was manufactured, Ascaso have engineered change. The Big Dream is the first coffee machine that eschews the conventional materials of the previous century (brass and copper), replacing them completely with stainless steel internals. This has the benefit of energy savings of 40% vs brass and copper machines, additional resistance to corrosion and a pure tasting coffee with no migration of heavy metals to the coffee infusion. It’s the most efficient, enduring and compelling product on the market at the moment. The Specialty series is Ascaso’s top-of-the-range product, featuring everything that the most discerning barista might require from a top-level coffee machine. The Commercial series is the Speciality’s little sister, slightly more affordable but still suitable for the professional barista. Available in two group and three group models, in white, cream, green, blue and black.
