Named after the Tolima volcano—known as “Dulima” or “Snow Queen” by the indigenous Pijaos people—this coffee carries both a rich history and a flavour profile worthy of its regal name.

Colombia Dulima was created in 2009, born out of a desire to capture the quintessential essence of Huila’s coffee-growing regions. Nestled between 1,500 and 2,000 meters above sea level, the beans thrive in ideal conditions—cool air, nutrient-rich volcanic soil, and an environment that brings out the best in every harvest.

Grown primarily from the Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varietals, this washed coffee undergoes a meticulous process from seed to sip. Each lot is carefully selected through rigorous sensory analysis, ensuring every batch meets our high standards for quality and consistency.

When it comes to taste, Colombia Dulima delivers a stunning combination of red berries, milk chocolate, and bright citrus notes, creating a well-balanced cup that’s lively yet smooth.
